A deposit, 30 days in advance of the performance date, of 50% of the Performance Fee ($10,000) is required to contract the tour. Airline ticket arrangements shall be made and itinerary made available to artists at least 30 days before performance date. Electronic tickets are fine, providing we have confirmation numbers for 10 people.
If
promoter is making travel arrangements, flight itinerary and name of
hotels must be received by email or fax no later than ten (10) days
before departure date.
Artist’s
riders shall be attached to the contract to include necessary
instruments, sound, lighting, backstage catering (food and water),
lodging, transportation, etc.

**Includes two (2) one-hour lecture/performances, per day, with vocalist and accompanist at an institution.
Out-of-town bookings require:

Contract must be executed and delivered 30 days prior to engagement and accompanied by a check payable to WOMEN IN JAZZ SOUTH FLORIDA, INC., in the amount of 50% of the total fee.
